What it does:
Julep Rock Candy Nail Glaze adds a subtle tint and brilliant shine to bare nails. The buildable formula enhances the look of other polishes and adds a glossy, dimensional finish to any manicure. Developed and tested in the Julep parlors, the fast-drying professional formula has no formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, toluene, or DBP. Julep nail color is available in a variety of finishes, including crème, glitter, shimmer, and pearl.

What it is formulated WITHOUT:
- Parabens
- Sulfates
- Phthalates
