This Shape and Shine Block set has 4 sides to help shape your nails.
Purple side is a medium grit filer.
Green is to smooth out ridges.
Pink is to buff.
Grey is to shine.
Medium size, approximately 9.5 cm long, 2.5 cm wide on all 4 sides.

Shape nails with the purple board, always file in one direction from the side to the centre of the nail.
Never file backwards and forwards as this can damage your nails.
Do not over use the boards, as excessive filing can weaken your nail.
