Sometimes called "the gold standard of fragrance," CREED Imperial Millesime was created by master perfumer Olivier CREED by request from a monarch who sought a light fragrance ideal for the realm's warm days and cooler nights. The scent had also to be versatile enough for male and female courtiers. Finally, the ruler left Mr. CREED a gold brick to serve as a design inspiration for the bottle.
