Place your left middle finger (use your right if you're left handed) just under the eyebrow at the outer corner and apply light pressure. Close your eye slightly to get a better view of the upper lid.
Dip the brush in gel eye liner and apply it from the inner corner to the outer corner of the lower lid. Start where the lash begins, making sure to run the brush as close to the lash as possible. Blend any harsh lines when you're done.
